Balloon View Homes & RV Park

Balloon View is probably THE worst RV park we have ever stayed in. Cheek to jowl, long term folks with dilapidated and not maintained rvs. The manager was gruff and unpleasant. Charged $47 after the Good Sam discount, for a spot that someone had dumped their black tank on and no one had cleaned it up. Toilet paper and other s*** all over. Good thing it was cold out, because that site will stink in warm weather. Trash and litter on the roads. Dog poops on the space next to us. We were so grossed out we did not fill our water tank. I called Good Sam, as whomever rated the place, rated it much too high. I have been in 3/5/3 spots that were nicer than Balloon View. Don't go here, believe all of the negative reviews.

If you are looking for a place to raise a family. With amenities such as pool or gym, playgrounds, laundry? KEEP looking before this place is FAR from that! The only things that is consistent, is the raising of the lot space. Only gave a 1 star because I can’t give a 0!

I went there looking for information on the price and available lots. Physically went to the office 4 times there was just a sign that said will return I've called numerous of times in the past 2 weeks left a message and have not received any response. And my message are clearly stated in my name and phone number. Still no response. So with that being said I've taken my business elsewhere.

I’ll stay at Coronado village where it’s clean and rent don’t rise,breakfast every morning and cool daily things to do with the kids

The amenities are questionable.He said on cloudy days he doesn't open the pool.Looks like on clear days.He doesn't open the pool either... Why offer these amenities if you're not gonna let people use them. Also the internet sucks, the Slogan should read, We have a pool but it's never opened..
