Azure Sky Motel

We needed to stay here for a night while having our bathroom floor repaired, and we made our reservation online. The lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly. Check-in was fast and easy. Our room was clean and the heat worked very well. My only complaint was that the bed was too hard for us, but we are used to a much softer mattress. Other than that, it was quiet, easy in and out, and we were able to take our dog with us, which was a big bonus! We would stay here again.

I’m going to be as honest about my experience. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE or there family here honestly . The owners are hella weird n racist . Room was nasty m smells like a dead person . Owners try in come in your room WITH NO PERMISSION like wtf is really goin on . Air barely works , the towels n the wash rags had random nasty ass stains on them n one of my wash rags had a dead fly on it . Don’t get me wrong the room is nice until you really realize what you’re staying in . FLITH. Honestly there are better hotels in fort Scott that are probably the same price as this for one night so honestly go for the better option don’t waste your money here .

When i was checking in, I was informed that the only room available had 2 beds, then *TOLD* to "if you could only sleep in 1 bed, it would make my life easier". Did not feel safe in that area.

I would not recommend staying here especially with kids. Owner has a little white dog that is aggressive. Barks at everyone. The dog was trying to get to me got out of it collar and attacked. With it being a small dog I just stood there whole the Owner tried to get her dog. The dog did bite me and the Owner said he doesn't bite. The bite was pretty bad for a little dog but not bad enough to seek a doctor. It immediately bruised and had a puncture would with minor bleeding. Had to file a report with the police because she refused to believe her dumb dog bit me. The dog is aggressive he was trying to get to me got out of his collar and the lady acted like her dog could do no wrong. She was very nice up to that point. I love animals but this dog should not be around people it doesn't know.

Excellent place! The front lady was not only beautiful but very friendly. You cant beat the place for the price. Definitely recommend.
