Rooms were clean did smell of spices very strong. The Rog guy is rude ignorant unprofessional told me I couldn't stay there because he thought I was cooking in my room. I was not. He came to this conclusion because of an empty box. Then was cooking onions in the office. The whole placed smelled the stairway was dank and mildew and the 3rd floor smelled badly.

I was placed here through local services and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The room was supposed to be cleaned twice a week (on Tuesday and Friday), but it was not cleaned either time. No sheets were changed, no vacuuming was done, and the surfaces were not wiped. Only two towels were left out and there was no extra toilet paper, so I even ran out overnight. The carpets are dirty and the conditions feel unsanitary and undignified. Staff have been rude and cold. There is no access to any amenities as advertised for families, including a pool, courtyard, or fitness room—all are closed. Cooking is not allowed! There aren’t any microwaves in the rooms or kitchen facilities, so living here is very difficult, especially for those of us trying to get back on our feet. Many res

I don’t even know where to begin. The shower was disgusting – clearly hadn’t been cleaned, with used rags left behind. The room was no better – there were bugs everywhere and thick layers of dust. The bed had stains on it, and the towels were filthy. It felt like they hadn’t bothered to clean ANYTHING.||To top it all off, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and mean. My girlfriend ended up crying because of how disrespectful she was, so we had no choice but to leave. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, they refused to offer any kind of refund! This place is a disgrace. Do NOT waste your time or money here.

Do not stay here, especially if you are staying on services. They do not care about their guests at all. Rooms were never cleaned properly--no vacuuming, no new clean sheets, no surfaces are wiped, and barely any new supplies (towels and toiletries) were ever provided. All amenities, including the pool and gym were closed down during our stay. There is also no way for guests to prepare or store food on-site, making it even harder for those living off of limited resources such as donated food from local food pantries. Additionally, their customer service is abysmal. They will kick you out simply for asking for clean sheets. The staff routinely show a lack of compassion and understanding, especially to the vunerable people, mothers, and families who have nowhere else to turn to. It is clear
