avid hotel Wisconsin Dells, an IHG Hotel

We stopped here overnight on our way to Minnesota. This hotel was very nice- simple, modern, clean. The front desk agent working when we arrived was so friendly and bubbly- so nice when you’re arriving late on Christmas Eve. The front desk agents at checkout were smiling and kind, and the woman running the breakfast area was delightful. She kept everything stocked, greeted us with a warm smile and wished us a Merry Christmas.||We loved how simple but well thought out the room was. No closet but there’s hooks and hangers available. A small sitting area doubled as the holder for the ironing board, clothing and mini fridge. The room was clean but one of the beds had hair in it. I used to work in housekeeping for Marriott so this didn’t phase me too much as I could tell the sheets were clean.

I was asked to move to this hotel due to over flow from a neighboring hotel. I could not have been happier with the switch! This hotel was much smaller and easier to navigate. It is very clean. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. There is breakfast available in the lobby area each morning; scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, toast, etc. Coffee is available 24/7, and it is fabulous! Special shout-out to the kind, happy woman who tends to the breakfast area, what a gem! There is rooftop access with a view and fireplaces to keep warm. It is a nice relaxing area.

I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Yes, the room was pretty small but it was very clean and comfy! The bathroom and shower were lovely with a beautiful walk-in shower with a heavy glass door. And, surprisingly, lots of counter space! My one complaint: there are no dressers or drawers or any place to put your clothes, other than a couple of wall hooks. There are a couple of surfaces to set a suitcase or two, but you will definitely be living out of a suitcase. It was just me so it wasn't a big deal, but more than one person for more than a couple of days might get messy, quick! The bed and pillows were comfy. A/C (and heat..it got chilly at night!) worked great. Breakfast was fine. Hot grab and go breakfast sandwiches, fruit, granola bars, cereal, oatmeal. Enough to hold you ov

Had a room with a King bed. The room was a little small but clean and comfortable. The double Queen room was the average size room. Morning breakfast was good. They served Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, crispy bacon chips. Hot Oatmeal or instant if you prefer. Fresh fruit, cereal juices among a few others. We all enjoyed the stay even though there was no pool.

This place is brand new and very nice! Very clean and well maintained. We see how housekeeping was cleaning every room after checkout whenever we pass by and it shows in the rooms. Also love how they provide ice buckets for the ice machine. Also love their rooftop area! Perfect place to chill and unwind
