Great value. We had an early morning departure so we didn’t get to take advantage of the included breakfast, but the room was spacious, two queen beds, and immaculate. The check in was easy. The front desk person answered our questions and took care of us. The restaurant next door at Cambria was convenient and the food was good. The drive to the airport was super easy!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel required a phone call, but the waiting time wasn't long. The shuttle to the airport ran every 30 minutes and could be booked, which was reassuring. The complimentary breakfast was very substantial and provided a high level of satisfaction.

A very good experience from the start. I arrived at the airport at 8:30 pm, called the hotel, and they told me where to wait for the shuttle and that it would take 20 minutes. That was exactly the wait. The driver was very friendly. Check-in was super fast, and the room was spotless and perfect. It includes a mini-fridge. I only stayed one night because I was leaving on a cruise the next day, but based on my experience, I highly recommend it.

My friend recommended this hotel so I thought I would receive the same top notch experience. One of the reasons I booked this hotel is because of the proximity to the airport and that a shuttle was included. Two of my mixed experiences had to do with the shuttle experience. Upon arrival at the airport I called the front desk and was told I needed to make my way down to B4. I was at the other end so I rushed over as I was told the shuttle would be arriving soon. I rushed down to B4 and waited about 30 minutes before I called back asking where the shuttle was and was told that it would still be awhile because there was a 10am pickup at the hotel. I asked why I wasnt told that the first time I called as that would of been good to know. 5 minutes later a shuttle shows up. I said to the driver

Rooms were good,clean and comfortable for basic accommodations. We enjoyed the 24 hr free coffee,tea and water. We requested a noon check out and it was easily given. Check in/out was easy and the free shuttle to and from airport was convenient. When arriving in terminal C, go down to the ground level and call the hotel from spot C270 for a pick up. It took 30 minutes to arrive, so make sure you use the restroom first, if needed. Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, bacon pieces, toast, bagels, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea, apples, cereal,and yogurt. Not bad, and staff kept it well stocked and clean.
