If I could leave Zero Stars, I would. I texted the number provided, made not one but Two appointments to see this place with a potential stay and got stiffed both times. Was completely ignored, until the following day when they said they were on "vacation" (lies) and were going to get with their staff... what staff?? Office is empty and noone was present. Very Poor Customer Service, and Very Unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this place.

No English speaking staff on site. No office, door to room do not seal, floor covered in sand, beds broken, no lamp. scheduled to stay 7 days. My daughter and I left after 30 minutes. Site we booked through was on phone while i was trying to explain to 2 Hispanic ladies. Told them mold will make us sick. Its in bathroom and ac vent. Booking agent told us to leave immediately. It’s dangerous and the pictures are not anywhere close to what the rooms look like. Towels and bedding was stained. Horrible hotel. They refused to refund our money even though only there 30 minutes. It made us both sick in 30 minutes. Please read reviews on this hotel. The negative reviews are accurate

The room was okay .My stay was okay. Nice clean pool. small place. parking was easy enough. It's online or on phone check in only Good luck with getting the person on the phone for anything. My key lock stopped working and over an hour later and 30 phone calls I finally found the maintenance man who let me in the room. In about 10 minutes after that somebody finally called me back. Couple of other people had the same problem couldn't get in touch with anybody. If you're not going to have somebody at the front desk you need to have somebody available to help out. Stay here for 4 weeks for work. Nobody ever cleaned my room and again getting in touch with somebody was a joke.

My boyfriend and I love to stay here when we want to be right on the beach. It is affordable, clean, and the perfect location. I absolutely love that. There is a small kitchen in the rooms not just a mini fridge in a microwave, we can save money by grocery shopping and making our own meals. And the walk to the beach is less than 30 seconds. It is absolutely amazing. There is no front desk, but the customer service is 100% the best customer service I’ve ever had at any Airbnb or hotel. If you have an issue, they accommodate you right away through text or by phone call during business hours of course I definitely give this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

location was nice and steps to the beach. The pool was kept clean. The room was small but that is expected. The “kitchen” has very few utensils and plates. There were no bowls or spoons. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I would not recommend prolonged stays as there is no cleaning service between days or new towels available. One complaint was noise. We had noisy teens neighbors that kept us awake at 3 am!! Also there is a constant rotation of ice cream trucks blaring music throughout the day in the parking lot.
