Auberge on the Cove

This is a true New England gem and a very unique property for weary travelers to unplug and reconnect with nature in Ogunquit, ME. Our room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The back deck off the room was so peaceful and had such a healing quality. We were so relaxed our entire stay at the Auberge. Thank you Auberge on the Cove. We will be back soon!

I had always wanted to stay on Perkins Cove. As a rule I would frequent closer to the main area of Ogunquit, but this time I had the opportunity to stay looking straight into Perkins Cove. The Auberge was amazing, very neat and clean. But more importantly the view was awesome!!! The Auberge is very quiet, not a lot of surrounding noise other than the boats on the cove itself.

Beautiful place, very well situated. We didn't use our car for the whole stay, with the trolley having a stop right at the adjacent Marina. The rooms were clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there and available. We had a great time. The only thing dampening our stay a little bit was the price. But it's not just that place, everywhere else had exorbitant prices. Nowhere should people charge 500$ per night for a simple room.

We had a reservation for two nights, unfortunately we left a day early due to the fact that I couldn’t sleep in that bed in room 46, hard as the ground, great location, but my back couldn’t take 2 nights their, drove home at night to sleep in my own bed!!!! Glad we were only 2 1/2 hours away…….been coming to this place for years but never saw kids, their were kids everywhere running up and down, also wasn’t as relaxing as usual:(

I love Ogunquit, and I desperately needed to get away, by myself, for some peace, relaxation, self care (ie: not taking care of anybody else!) and to actually get some work done. This was the perfect spot. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, and when I figured out that my friend stays here for her solo work retreats, they told me how much they adore her! |I will be doing this yearly at the very least, maybe twice a year if I can swing it!
