We stayed in units 451 & 452. Both were fully updated and very clean. The host (Casago Myrtle Beach) was great to deal with. The location was right near the boardwalk. Highly recommend! Update: We just returned and there have been some even more positive changes. The front desk area has been remodeled. It's a nice enhancement since it's the first thing you see when you arrive for your stay.

The place is very run down. Someone had the code to our door and tried to come in, glad we had the safety lock on. The furniture is very run down, no water pressure. Bathroom door is cracked.

We were in a privately owned Apartment. It was comfortable but not very well equipped kitchen utensils and bowls etc.

★★★★★ 5.0 Leigh Jackson · Sep 2025

We stayed 8/28-9/2 for our anniversary. Everything was just as we expected when we arrived. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The view was more than we could have asked for since we were on 1st floor. The pool, lazy river, and hot tubs were clean and never crowded. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay.

When we checked into our room, we were met with a very unpleasant odor. We had a piece of a roll of toilet paper between two bathrooms. It was not stocked with the supplies that that was stated in the starter kit reservation. When we contacted the hotel management, they said they would send someone up from housekeeping. They brought us a bottle of Clorox and a half used bottle of Febrezee. The unit was severely dated with multiple cracks and spots in the bathtubs. We do understand that we had provided some of our own necessities, but the necessities that they stated were in the room were not there.
