Barbara and Luis have always come to any maintenance call needed. Just far enough away from downtown where you don't see crime or homeless people everywhere, yet 2 blocks from the ocean and beautiful sunrises
Place was horrible. Roaches everywhere and the pool was never cleaned and stayed green the 7 months I was there. Bad management.
It now has become apartments.
