Positive: location and great room with a view Negative: the fact that everything was provided at an additional cost.....room was not cleaned unless we paid an ADDITIONAL $50 for each cleaning, workout facility cost additional also, and parking additional $10 per day.....none of which were listed beforehand.

We had a wonderful stay! Rooms were clean and well maintained. The kids LOVED both pools as well as the beach. We were able to see whales from the beach on multiple occasions! Great location with restaurants, shops and a grocery store VERY close! Will definitely stay again!

We had the two bedroom suite with kitchen, living/dining room area and two bathroom, washer/dryer...and it was well worth it! Balcony overlooks garden with partial ocean view (we opted to not book full ocean view). Excellent experience! Property is well-kept, clean, and we felt safe at all times. Five minute drive to whaler village, so is very close to great restaurants and shopping. On-site restaurant was very good too! Pool areas are great and family friendly. The beach near this hotel is not suitable for swimming but we knew that ahead of time. Here again, quick drive to whaler village which has plenty of parking and awesome beach area--solves that easily. Highly recommend this resort!

We really enjoyed this condo-resort! The two pools gave a nice variety, the beach just south was beautiful and nice to swim at, walkable to groceries, food trucks and more. The gardens are beautiful and so nice to walk through in quiet mornings. The live music a couple times in the evening was a pleasant treat that we enjoyed from our lanai. Pickleball courts were great. Housekeeping and parking is extra, but we don’t typically need a cleaning during our stay so we opted out. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a two bedroom plus loft with an ocean view and it was perfect, comfortable and spacious. Rooms were slightly dated, but functioned well and were clean and maintained. I just got back from a 10-day stay there. I purchased my trip package through Costco (I highly recommend!). I had booked a standard room with a king bed, and I didn't request an ocean view or anything extra like that. What I got was a VERY nice suite on the second floor with a full kitchen (granite countertop and tile floor), a nice dining table and chairs, a bedroom separated from the living room, a washer & dryer tucked away in a closet, and oh yeah, an ocean view off the lanai and outside the bedroom window! The suite didn't feel dated at all and it was very clean. The grounds are amazing! Two separate pool areas - one best for children and one best for adults, lounge chairs everywhere, beautifully maintained tropical landscaping, and just lots of space! The restaurant/bar (The Beac
