Aspen Townhomes

What a difference a year can make! Their new Manager (Susan I believe) is incredible. I needed to write that because after our last trip there we didn't know if we would ever go back. Personally, I'm glad we did because it renews the sense of accountability.||The unit was immaculate, which made it feel so much better than the alternatives in Red Lodge. It doesn't have that Air bnb used feel or the typical overpriced crappy hotel room which is so common in Red Lodge. I come across a little bitter only because of the 2nd rate service that Aspen was known for with their previous manager (Jewel?) and the lack of caring by someone claiming to be President of the excuses (Carrie maybe)! I can only assume that both are no longer there because this place has a fantastic overall feel!||Highly

My stay at Aspen Townhomes Red Lodge was so sweet! I felt right at home, cozy and cared for. The staff was helpful, prompt and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the even the bed was too. I will totally return here when I visit the area again.

Great location and beautiful area of Red Lodge. We had a few issues with our unit but resolved quickly by the new manager, Susan, when brought to her attention. She was wonderful, friendly, very efficient and addressed our concerns immediately. We have been an RCI member for over 25 years with several bumps in the road, but first time we were given options and our problems resolved beyond our expectations.||Susan, thank you very much for listening and caring, and taking the initiative to resolve our issues during our week stay. You made this trip successful vs disastrous.

The townhome was well kept, clean, well stocked, and close to Red Lodge. The staff was responsive to requests and needs. We visited the Heart Mountain Japanese American Relocation Center just an hour away. Well worth the trip to learn about this chapter in our nation's history.
