Artillery Ridge Campground Gettysburg Horse Park

Artillery Ridge Campground is located on Taneytown Rd. about 2 miles from the town of Gettysburg and 1.5 miles from the National Military Park Museum. Other points of interest from the campground are Little Round Top (1 mile), Cemetery Ridge (1 mile), Pickett’s Charge (3 miles), and the Eisenhower National Historic Site (3 miles). We stayed 6 nights (Sun to Sat) in our MB Sprinter Class B camper. Reservations were made online, check-in was easy (our tag, etc. was available at the booth at the camp entrance) and the site was easy to find. The campground is clean, sites are reasonably priced and offer water, electrical and sewer connection. A dump station near the campground office is available if a sewer connection is not needed at the camp site. The bathrooms are clean and the showers off

A late season family camping trip with 2 mid sized rvs. Booked sites 213 and 214 online. Good sites! Enjoyed the pond for fishing and playground and game room for kids. Very cLose to gettysburg battle museum. A 5 star vacation.

Great campground and the closest you can get to the entrance to the Gettysburg Battlefield. We have stayed here a few times now and we keep going back. The utilities have always worked to include the laundry room. The staff are amazing and the fellow campers are always great.

We have camped at this campground several times now. The location is the best thing about this campground. They had some good activities as well. The price to stay at this campground is too high. Campsites are on top of each other. We stayed near the playground but there is no clear walkway/path for kids to get to the playground, and we found kids & adults walking through our campsite to get to the playground. We are 99 percent sure that we will not return to this campground

Artillery Ridge is one of our favorite places to stay in PA. The grounds are well maintained and the staff, particularly Tracy and Kathy in the front office, are top notch! Their welcoming personalities and attention to detail ensures guests have a memorable experience from check in to check out. 10 out of 10- Artillery Ridge is a highly recommended gem!
