Ark Hotel

If you want a nice, non-nasty place to come back to after a hard day at work and you don't want to feel that for the owners you are just a wallet with money then choose another place to live. Owners take advantage of the fact that there is a really small selection of places to stay in this city. The only saving grace was that it was relatively close to the laundry, beach, and store.

Very hospitable family that works here. Our room was immaculate and whenever we needed something, the sweet woman and gentleman downstairs were right there to help. This place is about ten minutes to the boardwalk (walking!). Very safe location, felt comfortable walking around. Very close to grocery stores and gas stations. Would highly recommend staying here!

I had to stay for 3 months for my "work and travel" program. It was a terrible place and a nightmare. The managers are terrible. They make ridiculous rules and even enter your room. If you're thinking of coming, run away. I didn't want to stay, but I couldn't leave because you kept the $200 I paid for the program. It was the worst place I ever stayed in my life

My husband and I booked this room for one night August 27, 2022. When we arrived, we were shown to our room it was a 90° day the room was hotter than hell. This is a strictly a no frills room, needs updating, and the family sits in the living room watching comings and going’s. However it was clean, and the people seemed pleasant. Would not stay again

Guys, wonderful place to stay in! We lived there last year with my friends. The room was clean and very comfortable, big kitchen and extremly clean barhroom. Mary always ready to help and to give good advice! This year I'm going to stay in Ark also.
