If you can help it, turn around and RUN!!!! KOA is 30mins away if you can wait….otherwise expect to be charged relatively high prices ($100 propane + tank dump/fill), service with no sense of urgency (30mins to come out to unlock water after pmt), and the numerous aforementioned rude reactions (feels like you’re bothering them for being a customer)….oh and watch out for the huge canine that charges at you upon entry, yikes! (Sweet pup though)….this place is not a business, it’s a residence that has extra land and they decided to makes some dough off it…prob knowing they got the market cornered and people don’t have a choice….and it seems as if they thrive to reply and on these reviews, instead of trying to take them constructively to improve….have some pride in your work/ownership! Pet friendly RV sites have full hookups, no charcoal grill on sites, no fire pit. Only a picnic table. Most sites are so close together that it's hard to open up your awning. RVers that stay on for extended periods say that the Swimming pool hadn't been cleaned since just before Labor Day, really needs to be drained. Laundry is available. Small store on premises.

A little rundown but the owner was friendly and this park is unique. The campsite hookup was the best. We didn't need any amenities we were just passing through. Price is great and we would stay here again. Needs some cosmetics. Brewery was unique.

Owner was extremely rude, and threatened that my family was trespassing when we were checking out the campgrounds. Completely inept of social or emotional awareness, would not recommend. Areas were filled with trash and child areas were in a state of disrepair and disorder. I understand why they don't want you to look on your own now. Response to the owners review: It’s sad that you think running a business means talking down to people. Learn how to communicate, online and in person, respect goes further than condescension and passive agressiveness. Use it and you might come across as someone with more emotional intelligence than a walnut. And spare the ‘back in my day’ talk, times have changed, professionalism has too.

The Owner, was very kind, he helped with all our needs. Thank you, so much Mr. Everett! Nice safe campgrounds. This was our second time to stay, an We'd recommend this campground.
