Aqua Hotel

This was a great choice for our stay. Very clean, friendly staff, nice pools, restaurants etc in the village all included. One block from the beach and everything fun on the strip for a reasonable price. All that and the front desk woman Maggie was the best ever. She was so fun and friendly and took such good care of us. She has big Momma energy and deserves a damn raise!! I’d come back here just to hang with Maggie. Could not love her more.

Positive: Location and accessbility, safety, caring and friendly staff; not a single verbal complaint from any guest checking out while I was sitting waiting; although it is a hotel, it more warm and inviting - not commercial. quiet and quaint Negative: it could benefit from more updated fixtures, but really not necessary if you're looking for a comfortable and safe space.

The room was sparse, clean, all white, with some semblance of dishware, including two branded plastic cups. Bed was comfortable, and bathwater piping hot (during rare Florida chill, thanks). Bath necessitates and spares were stocked. Plenty of free parking on property. Ours was a late night check-in; worth mentioning that talking through ring doorbell can be a bit of extended hassle. The staff was exceptionally caring and accommodating, when around. Has a nice outdoor seating area but property could do better with some maintenance. This place and adjacent North Beach Hotel are cut from the same cloth. Labelling ‘Aqua’ a boutique is bit of stretch. The term is getting stretched & loosely applied, here, on a modified motel. We had a wonderful stay. The property is close to the beach and also has a few pools including a salt water pool. The real gem though, Maggie! She was so welcoming and cool and she gave us great recommendations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in town. Thanks Maggie!

This hotel was our last accomodation in our 2025 vacation. It was perfect closure of the vacation before driving back to Miami International. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the beach. The room was OK, the pools great. The best was meeting our host, Maggie, thanks for the kindness!
