Great place! Clean rooms, the host is amazingly kind. This is a locally run place, and it shows with their hospitality! You'll be welcomed like family. Rooms have the best prices in town, but you'll have to call. Definitely a gem. Definitely come here!

Quaint, yes, but owners are super friendly and personable. Small, older rooms, but everything worked. Bed was comfy, Microwave, fridge etc. Rate quite reasonable. Close to town but quiet. Will stay here again. Plenty of parking. Newly repaved lot. Weather delayed us a day-- owners understanding and accommodated without extra charge.||Sorry about the flowers.

Delightful old-school motel on Main Street in Susanville. I was en route to an annual event near Adin, CA and needed a place to stay the night before. In the past, I've approached Adin from the west and would spend the night in an RV park east of McArthur, CA. This year I was approaching Adin from the south and decided to spend the night before in Susanville. Folks in Adin suggested I consider the Apple Inn Motel. The hosts, Jay and Lorna, were super friendly and hospitable. I originally booked for a single night, but a last minute change of plans meant that I needed a room for 2 nights, arriving a day early. Initially it looked like there was no space, but Jay did some juggling and was able to accommodate my need for a 2-night stay. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower,

We have stayed here for the last two years for the Lassen County Fair. The owners are so great, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfy and there is a "back yard" with a gazebo to chill and relax in. Not to mention they have a basket full of snacks to choose two items from when you check in. Love this place!

I enjoy coming here. The owners are down to earth and friendly and the rooms are affordable. Good amenities and service.
