APM Inn & Suites

I have never stayed in a filthy, dirty, trashed placed outside rooms and elevators in my life. Felt like the primitive ages. This hotel should be closed for several health violations. The floors and the carpets smell like the dumpster. The rooms are substandard and not maintained at all. There was a lizard in our room. The towels were low quality. All in all unbelievable.Guests were yelling at the staff for the beds had just box springs or substandard mattresses. There was fighting going on day and night in the room next to ours. Things were thrown around. Pretty scary experience for our family.

The hotel was extremely dirty - the lobby and our room. The updates to the hotel seem like they would be nice, but in our room the tub was missing its molding and we could see through to the subfloor. Bathroom was dirty with dead insects and hair when we arrived. No trash can or hangers in room. No hairdryer either. Had two towels and no washcloths for the first night (three guests), asked for more and didn’t get them until the next night. Room was recently painted (nice!) but they didn’t cover the new flooring and it was covered in paint splatters. The smoke detector was hanging from the wall by wires. No tv remote at first, was delivered one and told “we don’t know how to program them” so it didn’t work. The water never got more than like warm. No room service the entire stay (three nigh

Stayed under my fiance's name, Anthony, and this being our 2nd visit, it was ok. The front desk staff was very nice to accommodate us a room close to what we wanted. The room was nice and more clean then others. When we first came in we were told that the pool was going to be open within the next couple days. 2 weeks later and still wasn't open. No biggy. Just would have really loved a dip in the pool. Although the room was nice, location not so much. Right next to the highway/road where alot of loud cars came through. Again, not their fault, just saying. Will probably come back again, if need be.

Front lobby area is nicely remodeled and the check-in staff was polite and professional. The room was pretty rough, sheets didn't have a nice fresh and clean look so I pulled them back and the mattress pad was pretty nasty. There are signs in the room warning of fines for breaking hotel rules, zero decor...I left and chose not to stay. The almost four star review convinced me to book but I should have been a little more skeptical based on the price. There is a major remodel underway so maybe in a year?

Danielle at the front desk was very helpful with taking our reservation and was very accommodating to our needs. However, the entire hotel reeks of incense and cigarettes, so if you have asthma, I definitely do not recommend staying here.. The hotel overlooks the construction on I4 and is also less than a mile from the jail. Thin walls, bad smell, and there were ants covering our entire room... There was a backdoor which led to the balcony that did not shut all the way which does not help the ant problem, but we both woke up continuously throughout the night with ants crawling on us while we slept. When you walk into the lobby there’s a huge construction project going on, which made it seem like this hotel opened shop in an old and outdated abandoned building and started charging people to
