We had a seasonal site for 5 years. Love the Lake, the pool, and the sites aren't crowded together. We live here from May 1 to October 1 when they close for the season. The bathhouse are clean. They have on-site laundry.

2nd time and still love it, great spot, great views. Pines, swimming area, playground, canoe area, short drive from town, we came to see the leaves change, 10 minutes from the ocean, old orchard beach, both dog friendly. They have pool, laundry, public showers all are 5 stars

Found it very difficult to book a site. Called and no answer. Office was closed upon arrival. Went back the second day and they refused to rent a site with power for a tent. To clarify, they had sites open with electric, but would not rent them. This place seems like an absolute nightmare to camp at with the rule police.

I have been going to this campground for 30+ years since I was a small child. I grew up here and I would recommend it to anyone with a family. Pool is great, Estes Lake is clean and great for boating. Christmas in July, plus Halloween with trick or treating... lots of family activities. If you're looking for a family oriented campground this is the place!

I lived on the lake for a little over three years back in the early 80's. Bought a summer cottage and converted it into a year round home. Put in full foundation, new Septic and Heating Systems and a large addition. Loved every moment there. My son was born in Sanford in 1983. We had a boat with our own dock. It's a long story but I didn't want to move but my wife at the time wanted to move closer to her family so my son could be around his cousins etc. There wasn't any families living there year round. The rest is History. I wished I still lived there as I love the country setting and being on a lake. I Hope All of You Folks living there year round or just for the summer Love It as much as I did. Enjoy!💕👍😀
