Just went there for a visit but it seems to be a very nice, low key park.

My husband passed away a month ago and I had to move from where I was at and I came here and this was a God's blessing because because these are the nicest friendliest people I have ever met they have made me feel so welcome and I believe that I'm going to be okay here they really are a family

Nice quiet place to live. It's a travel trailer park for people who are 55 years young and up. Not a hotel. I don't know if there are lots available but there are some for sale.

I can't really give a fair rating because I only visit there for a few hours. It seems like a nice place where the rules are enforced and I heard the monthly lot rent is the cheapest around. The location is also good, right on SR 54 and US Hwy 301
