Anchorage By The Sea, Ogunquit Resort Collection

We stayed in the Starboard Building closer to the water (room 169) and enjoyed beautiful ocean and beach views. The room was super clean, supplied bathrobes, fabulous linens and pool towels. The food and staff at the on site restaurant, Surf Point, were the best! Food was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented. The staff were all SO friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and just the right temp. We were here off-season, the end of February, and the outdoor hot tub in cold temps was amazing! The hotel staff, including housekeeping, were all very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed on NYE and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Although it was very cold, we were able to enjoy the outdoors and the incredible ocean view sitting at the outdoor fire tables as well as the outdoor hot tub. We dined at the onsite restaurant, The Surf Point 360, for both dinner and breakfast. The wait staff was amazing. The food was delicious. Will definitely be back again at some point.

This was one of the nicest experiences that my wife and I had. The most exceptional part was the staff and their ability to remember who we were and their immediate willingness to accommodate our every need. |The room was pristine and, call me an old world traveler, having a bathrobe waiting for me after a long days travel or adventure was phenomenal. This is not to mention the outdoor hot tub and outdoor fireplace that gave the whole atmosphere a relaxing and welcoming feel - even in the dregs of winter. |Finally, the 360 surf restaurant was amazing and the food and wait staff were par excepcionale- if I may be so bold. |I will be returning on my next trip to Maine and recommend this to all who plan to stay in the York area.

This hotel is perfectly situated directly on the rocky coast with easy access to the Marginal Way (Coastal walkway), downtown and dining. Rooms are average and basic but they are pristine and kept very clean. Restaurant and 360 Bar on-sight serving breakfast, lunch and dinner year round. Fresh coffee in the lobby very early in the mornings and hot cocoa and cookies served by the fireplace in the sitting room. Staff is attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely return.

Positive: "" Negative: The Television in my room Did not work at all. Having cable tv was listed as one of the amenities of staying at this hotel. I called the front desk twice. A hotel staff could not get it to work. Please refund my payment.
