Anchor at Tideline

Anchor at Tideline was perfect for us! We were here to visit our granddaughter at UNH. Location was great...only 3/4 mile to the campus area and 1/2 mile to downtown area. Anchor at Tideline was VERY CLEAN, organized and kept up. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were excellent (extra blankets if needed)! We were impressed with the amount of outlets available for our devices (phones, cpu). There is no stove (wise thing with the cleaning and dangerous factor (fire etc), you can't be sure about people), but the kitchenette area met all our needs! There is a small table with 2 chairs, a microwave, small refrigerator with freezer, and a hot/cold water dispenser. What an interesting place this was! I didn't actually look much into it before booking - we came from out of town to go to the highly rated Haunted Overload event at nearby Demeritt Hill Farm. I was looking on Expedia, saw what I thought was a hotel close by to the attraction, and booked it. I didn't realize it was more AirBNB style (small place, remote check-in) but it was great. The property is mainly a building with a restaurant on the first floor (Tideline Public House) plus it's parking lot out back is also host to food trucks. There is lots of outdoor seating, fire pits, a sort of indoor/outdoor bar (the Salt Shed). We ate downstairs at Tideline Public House and were were pleased with the choices and value. Excellent stay. Great space, very comfortable and very clean. A few suggestions, we wanted to throw away our food trash/food items but trash cans are not available after hours. Also, the hallway light and outdoor lights are very bright. It would be nice to be able to turn off the light in the hallway.

Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay! Easy access in checking in. As we made our way up the stairs to the Slack Tide room, we were excited to be there. Food trucks and a tap room! Once we were through the keyed locked entry doors, we were greeted with fabulous surroundings! We had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed just hanging out with the windows open and relaxing.We would love coming back here again in the future! Scott & Karen, we appreciate this lovely establishment!

Could not be happier to post this review. Just spent a wonderful night in one of the nicest rooms ever - wishing I could have stayed longer! In town to pick up my daughter from UNH but didn’t want to stay at the only hotel in town (again). As you will see from my photos, the room was on-point for style, lighting, roominess and cleanliness. It was so nice being able to stretch out after the day of travel. The furniture was all very new, clean and very comfortable. I slept in the “king” which offered a pretty firm mattress, it was nice. The bathroom was roomy as well with plenty of towels and amenities. The kitchenette offered a mini fridge, Keurig, microwave and even a water dispenser for cold & hot water! Was able to enjoy a nice cup of tea which was included along with several coffee po
