ZERO STARS!!! They will do anything even lie when you call them and ask questions about the hotel. I called to reserve a work crew we have 2 rooms. I asked about extra deposit or incidental rates. I was told there would be no extra charges upon check in. I reserved 2 rooms and when the crew got there they was charged an extra $100 per room. So $200 extra dollars for 1 night. The hotel isn't even that nice. And dont try to speak to the manager working the morning of Feb. 24, 2026, she is not helpful, she screams and she is rude!! She dont need to be working with the public at all. No wonder this is only a 2 star hotel. Do yourself a big favor and check into a different hotel. Try Days Inn in Hinkley MN.....they are GREAT and dont charge you extra money when you check in.

Nothing fancy by any means. It served its purpose and was close to the venue. Super easy to get to. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was good as it was warm outside. Breakfast could have been better but they have other options in town. We ate at McDonald’s as the other places were too full to accommodate a group of 6.

If you must stay here, watch your accounts closely! They will over charge you! I booked a stay for two nights. They messed up my reservation and booked 2 separate nights. They refused to correct this issue. Upon arrival, I was charged a $100 damage deposit for the room. The following day I was charged another $100 dollars for the second night, after I was told I would not be charged again. The staff reassured me that the charges should fall off of my account. Fast forward 3 weeks after my stay with them, they only refunded one of the charges and refused to refund the second. Management and owner do not return calls or return emails in a timely manner.

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite - it was great! Comfortable place to stay, great breakfast, amazing staff. This was our second stay and we'll definitely be back for a 3rd.
