We called this place in a panic after one of the other places in town canceled on us due to a water main break. We had a block of 27 rooms for a youth hockey jamboree. The daytime manager we contacted was extremely helpful, very polite, and quite accommodating! The rooms were nice and clean, they allowed us to use the meeting room for team building activities, the pool area was well kept, and to top it off, the continental breakfast the next morning was an IMPRESSIVE spread of food that was all delicious. 5 stars all around, but if I could give 6 stars for the service, I definitely would!

My wife and I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. James on the evening shift was especially kind and attentive—he took care of a couple of small issues right away and made sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who checked me in, but he was very pleasant and engaging — great candid conversation! The breakfast always offers plenty of options to choose from, and the rooms are consistently clean. Always a reliable and comfortable stay.||||My only head's up to travelers using a government per diem: I have stayed at this location regularly in the past, and it has consistently met government per diem requirements. This time, I did not verify the current rate prior to booking, assuming it would still fall within allowable limits. Unfortunately, the cost exceeded the per diem, and I acknowledge that I should have researched this beforehand. I will take greater care in the future to confirm rates before finalizing reservations.

Nice hotel for this level of hotel. The rooms and other areas were clean. All hotel staff we dealt with were friendly and hospital. The pool was a nice warm temperature and the hot tub was one of the hottest I've experienced. Most 2 star hotels the hot tub is a warm tub and the pool is cold. I have to mention the breakfast! I've traveled a lot and have stayed at a lot of hotels of all different levels. This location had the best breakfast for this level hotel. Have I had better breakfast, yes. But did I pay a lot more, yes. Unfortunately I've paid more for other hotels and have had a not so good experience when it came to the breakfast. Hotel is very clean. Staff is obviously dedicated and engaged. A rare thing to find these days. Breakfast was not extensive, but a good variety and well-prepared with lots of "little touches" to make it special, like real utensils and plates.
