Well traveling for medical was our first stop on way to Toronto. Front desk very nice and helpful and we received 10% off next visit. Front entrance very nice and accommodating. It has a breakfast available. Coffee was good as we grabbed and hit the road next morning. They were doing renovations so will be good as beds were very cozy but rooms a bit dated but were clean. Have notes to leave if rooms need anything. Our sink didn't drain well but am sure was fixed up as we left a note. Thanks for the great hospitality! Prices are a little higher with exchange. So not a budget place.

Mid-range priced hotel with high end services and amenities. They rock an excellent continental breakfast and coffee bar, and the lobby is super cozy and inviting. Rooms are sparkling clean and quiet. The general manager is amazing and very customer oriented. Recommend 15/10.

I stay here for 12 days at a time when working 4 different times now. Rooms clean, breakfast and pool great! Shout out to the lady who takes care of breakfast. She is super nice and always on top of everything.Although if you’re looking for a peaceful weekend, not the best due to kids hockey players coming every time I’ve been here running up and down the halls hitting the walls with their hockey sticks, yelling been ran into twice going around a corner as a kid was running unsupervised. I would hate to see them run around the corner and knock somebody over a accident waiting to happen

Positive: Pet friendly hotel that doesn't break the bank. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was good sized and had recently been renovated. Extra large hot tub and nice pool area. Negative: The beds were hard but aren't all hotel beds. There is no designated pet area away from the parking lot.

We had a great stay. The staff were so welcoming and polite. The pool was a great way for the kids to play in especially with the kiddie pool. A nice place to stay and would definitely recommend it!
