We were so happy to find this hotel, it was in the middle of a snow storm and there was no way I could drive another mile! The staff was very nice and the manager went over and above to make sure my daughter got her laptop back after she left it there. The location is excellent and many things to do close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room was very clean, no complaints there. Good bed. Breakfast area and lobby were also clean and pleasant. Breakfast was decent, not remarkable. Cold cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage. Limited fruit. The strawberry waffle syrup was a nice touch. The pool area was not so great. We had to ask for towels, as there weren't any out. Floor was a little dingy, didn't look like it had been cleaned well for awhile. Pool was kinda gross, bottom was very dirty looking. Hot tub was a little murky, but we still used it, not the greatest but didn't very too bad of vibes. The layout of the pool area was clearly designed by someone not familiar with winter. The two fire exit doors were frozen shut, blocked with snow, and covered in frost and ice. The ceiling and wall joint was coated with frost

Positive: Convenient location for our event. Better than average size room. Negative: Slippery parking lot. Some cosmetic issues with the room, but nothing major

Very nice clean room. Had trouble getting room temperature correct, was very warm when we first arrived, then after adjusting was too cold. Very good breakfast. Parking lot was fairly slick. Great location for our purpose.

We stayed here for a family wedding. Location was good but that's about all. The entire hotel was filthy. Rooms dirty, main areas dirty, pool was disgusting. Beds were comfortable. Asked for more pillows and more towels and they made us bring back our used towels to get more towels. There weren't towels in the pool area so we had to use ones from our room. Staff was unhelpful and rude. I typically only write a review if it's 5 stars but this one was too bad not to let others know. Not sure how many other hotels are in the area, but choose something else if you can!
