Americas Best Value Inn Jasper

I arrived at 12:30 AM so I wanted to go to bed immediately. My bed was comfortable. I wanted a King and additionally had a double bed. Kind of unusual but ok. I had a little trouble figuring out the lighting setup. When I made coffee there was not a single cup in the room which all I could do was pour out coffee or drink from the Pot. There also was no ice holder or thermos, so with ice downstairs you had nothing to hold it in and nothing to scoop with. For the price I think it was adequate and clean, but there were two partial rolls of toilet paper with no backup anywhere.. check out all the rates listed you might save 5-10$.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are so rude. My husband and I went to get breakfast came back and all of our stuff was moved after we asked for no room service! Our room key wasn't working when we got back either and the older woman was just grining at the fact we couldn't get in. We paid for two nights and not even the first day had issues. If you're looking to feel welcomed and don't want any of your stuff missing don't come here. Period.

I have been coming to these rooms for almost a decade they use to be clean, comfortable, and very afforable. Nov 2017 , I checked into a room, the room was very dirty, had a strong urine and cigarette smell. I didn't complain, due to it be 4 a'clock in the morning! The pillows where very flat, I asked the owner for an extra pillow , he said they were out. I will never stay here again!

You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, the place is need of some serious work. The microwave and refrigerator didn't work. Half the fixtures didn't work. No working smoke alarms in the room. I advise checking out the rooms before you book

I liked the water was hot that's it!!!! We got their late at midnight and the motel guy was disinterested and unwelcoming at best (,getting woke up is his job) the bed quilts where old & stale smelling, the room stunk, we had to go request towels and got bath towels only, the amenities was missing (shampoo, cups, etc) we reserved a king bed and got a queen bed and full, the other guests was sitting outside early the next morning SAVE your money it's cheap for a reason GROSS!!!!
