Super 8 by Wyndham Jasper TX

The stay here was quite. The rooms were clean. Because of the hotel being under new ownership and renovations the breakfast wasn’t and option and the laundry facilities were not operational, but other than that the girl that checked me in during the day shift was very professional. I did have a couple maintenance issues with the room because of the new renovations, but she did everything to make sure she delivered the upmost in customer service by getting me a new room and they went out of there way and out of pocket to accommodate me. I would recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay in or around Jasper Texas. This business will do whatever is necessary to make sure your stay is satisfactory and pleasant.

Positive: Bed was comfortable, room was nice and clean Negative: The construction work was bothersome they were doing a remodel on the room above me.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the best part was no carpet! I have a lot of allergies and having no carpet was a big plus for me.

Rooms are remodeled and comfortable, but there are NOT black out curtains as promised & this was the brightest room we’ve ever stayed in. No coffee maker in the room, hardly any in the lobby and the creamers were old & separated. Barely any breakfast offered. No milk at all. |If these things are important, try elsewhere.

Nice and clean rooms! Soft beds, full size refrigerator, stovetop and cable tv. Chasity at the front desk was absolutely awesome. She was so nice and helpful when the soda machine took my money. She made sure I was happy and I appreciate her.
