Americas Best Value Inn Gonzales

Stayed in a king room with a little living room area. Room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here.I was loading my truck to leave to eat breakfast and couldn’t find my wallet. I thought I dropped iit and maybe someone turned it in to the office. I was frantic because I don’t care a purse and everything is in my wallet. The owners helped me search the room and my truck and the owner found it in the backseat under some stuff. They definitely went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate their help so much. They were the nicest and most helpful couple. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough to say.

We've stayed there once before and enjoyed it but this time was a lot different I brought my sister and 2 others to show them how much I enjoyed it They first room one TV's wouldn't work same with second one so the 3rd has 2 queen beds and a couch and we paid extra for those rooms and they threw a fit because an extra friend was going to stay night with us that made 5 of us that's 2 on each bed and one on couch so remember we paid extra it cause big stink then the air quit all I know it was working and while I was taken nap it stop I really don't know if it had a hole in it are not but they said it wasn't had to stay all night with no air me and my sis got COPD it was so hot couldn't breathe but still had to pay for it he called us liers but I really can't say but come on plus sleep with b

This place is awful, it’s nasty on the inside. The pillow cases and covers was dirty, the sofa was god awful nasty me and my husband didn’t wanna stay there and they refused to give us a refund. Don’t ever go here.

No one cleaned my room all week. Heater didn't work. They brought me a space heater but didn't feel safe with it running. One of the nightstands was broken off the wall. The couch looked like something they got off the side of the street. Every time I moved in the bed, it sounded like someone slamming the dumpster lid. It's a shame because it has the potential to be a nice establishment.

Wasn’t even here for an hour, beds and pillows had baby spiders, bed bugs, spiders webs on the roof. Offered us different rooms and mostly same outcome. Was checking another room and called me “disrespectful” because i grabbed a pillow to check for spiders.. Said “this isn’t a marriott, i guarantee you THIS room isn’t dirty” when it should be guaranteed all rooms are like that, also trying to put the blame on “outside” and Louisiana” to push away the blame from the poor housekeeping.
