Americas Best Value Inn Decatur, IN

Very clean. I have been here twice in different rooms. Not the best furnishing , but very clean an no smoke oder.

The room was clean and of ample size. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were ok. Heater worked well. Hot water was hot. Showe head wasn't the greatest buy got the job done. Very safe and well lit. Staff was all very friendly. Nice parking lot with plenty of room to maneuver. Obviously older, but the new bathroom flooring is nice. Everything was was in good condition and in working order.

I stayed three nights at this hotel, and I was very pleased. The location is quiet, especially at night. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room I stayed in was super clean, and the carpet looked fairly new. The shower had great pressure and very hot water. Also, there are four restaurants on the same side of the road; all within walking distance. There are no extra "fancy" amenities at this hotel. However, if you just want a clean, quiet place to stay at a fantastic price, this is it! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with America's Best Value Inn.

No smoke detector, broken top lock, little to no water pressure and beds are like rock.
