If you're a local and hook up with someone but cant take them home but both of you are intoxicated then this is your place. Anything else, probably not. Not a lot has been done for maintenance since it opened. Carpet, paint, pretty much everything is run down. Broken appliances litter the walkways. Carpet was probably vacuumed but torn in places. Fridge too moldy to use. Bathtub dirty, suspicious yellow stains on toilet, shower curtain moldy. Breakfast was cereal with no milk, toast with no jelly, and donuts from a bag, minus the bag. There's a coffee maker in room, but no coffee. Plus side, there's a grocery store next door, with quite a few places to eat. Not close enough to town to walk and I don't think we have Uber yet.

The room was not clean. The coffee pot was so dirty I would not consider using it. The toilet clogged, the shower had mildew on the curtain and ceiling. Had a roach crawl on me in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel. Only thing for breakfast was cold cereal. Terrible experience and upset I was overcharged for a terrible stay.

I was in town for a solo birthday trip Aug 2025. Chose the hotel due to its close proximity to places I wanted to visit as I had never been to the area. The price was great and the check in staff were friendly. There's numerous things that need work i.e. renovations and a good deep cleaning. The pool was also not working and this was not mentioned on the website. The room door didn't seem that secure and as a solo female traveler that had me a little concerned but the area didn't seem shady. I was only there for two days and had I been staying longer I probably would have put up more of a fuss and/or changed hotels. For the value of what we paid, its 5 stars. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Hot shower. Well lit. Located just outside downtown. Would absolutely rest there again. (We were only there to sleep amd refresh, so around 10 hours).
