This place was the pits!! It should be condemned! Where do I start, very cruddy and old. I wouldn't give the funiture to the Goodwill -he dump would be a better choice. No central heating, window units that do not warm the place adequately. Wiring running all over the place. Had to replace batteries in the smoke detectors and had to replace the porch light. Some of the blinds need replacing. The sink clogged and leaked. Shower was very, very small. Stove was missing the bottom handle. Remotes to the TVs were missing the backings and batteries. No remote for one TV. Parking was not adequate and mainly for small cars. Awful place. Everything mentioned here was reported to the Airbnb representative. He sent out the maintenance guy but this guy was not good. The only good things about this pl

It's quiet for the most part. The office lady is nice but strict at times. Laundry facilities aren't that great. I'd recommend using the back stairs as the front stairs are entirely too steep and lack the essential foot grips for that steep of an incline.

Original motel bath and kitchen. Very strong smell of disinfectant. No coat hangers. HGTV style update complete with sticky vinyl floor and lots of dust under the bed and sofa, and on top of the fridge. Takes me back to when I stayed at places like this when they were relatively new, in the 70s. However, I definitely do Not recommend staying here. It's quite expensive, $200 a nigh for a couple, and it's really, really gross. Going to try and get our money back through airbnb and the mo-tel.

This place should be cocondemed! Seriously!! Where should I begin, everything I will mentioned was reported to the Airbnb host that we made reservations with. The place is simply awful!! The sofa and chair were faded and appear to be not adequate for the Goodwill. No central heating - window units that do not heat properly. Leaking and clogged sink, wiring all over the place, shower is cramped. TV remotes batteries missing, and had to replace the lights on the landing/porch. Also, had to replace fire alarm batteries.. the carpet a mess on the landing and steps, no adequate room for parking, door lock only works properly if you hold and pull it, door frame appear to be tampered with,, stove missing handle on bottom, some window blinds were in bad condition. its not fancy but its homey and comfortable .right across from the ocean. Bring your own linens . They are more like a small roomy apartment all year round. The property manager is very nice. Its a walk away from Sea Captains house and a few other nice places to eat.
