Easy in and out with a 45’ MH. Jacob and his daughter escorted us. We were in for a week before the Balloon Fiesta, so it was busy, but it didn’t feel busy. Clean, friendly, and many amenities! Laundry, store, bath room/showers, dog run, and cabins if needed. The pool and hot tub were down for the season.
Nice park. Didn’t use the amenities, but looked just fine. Right off I40 so road noise but didn’t bother us. Some grassy areas for the pups. Long pull throughs. Gates were kept locked for security. Our first time at the Ballon fest , so we found it to be about a 20 minute ride down i40 east to i25 north to the balloon fest parking off at Alameda then a few blocks to San Mateo. Definitely leave by 4 AM if you want decent parking for morning launches.

The lady who checked up in was wonderful and over-all a good place to stay.
Outstanding RV resort in the area! The staff is friendly and professional, and the grounds are lovely. The clubhouse is exceptional. The pricing is also competitive and you get your money's worth at this resort. Highly recommend!

We left the campground at 4:15am and we were parked and inside venue by 5:25am.)|It is important to use extreme caution when walking dogs here. Every “grass” area is primarily weeds, as are some of the rocky areas. Many of the weeds are “Goathead”, also known as “puncturevines”, and they have several terrible sharp thorns that stick into dog paws. They are a challenge to remove because there are thorns sticking out in different directions so they poke your poor dog and the owners trying to remove them at the same time. They also stuck to the soles of our sh
