If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband is a severely disabled veteran. I have emailed the post twice to help with accessibility at our local govt building. No response. This post is not fulfilling it's nonprofit mission and should be closed for what it's doing. It's also at risk for civil rights violations. Once when I signed in, I did not put a line through the guest section and the commanders husband signed in as my guest because she wasn't there. The last time I went in, I put a line through guests because none of us want to take responsibility for people who weren't invited by us. The bartender was confused and I explained proper protocol. Anybody who complains about this bar is bullied and called a troublemaker or crazy. Deflection You will notice that all of the good reviews are old, more than a couple years. The current leadership is all from out of the area and they treat locals horrible. What kind of American Legion puts civilians above veterans? This is supposed to be a non-profit, safe place for veterans. They treat it like a regular bar. If you're not a drinker and you question anything, they become extremely rude. The drinks are seriously overpriced. The bar manager is extremely rude to disabled, female veterans. I definitely don't recommend.

The legion Hall is one of the most wonderful places they go above and beyond for the community and are very welcoming to everyone I can't say enough good things about them

Great people, great drinks, good food. Can't wait for the next function.

Its friendly and has dinners so non members can eat and drink
