The hotel front desk was very nice and polite. But the rooms were abhorrent. Roaches, holes in the doors, bathroom door didn't close, there was no toilet paper when I got there. It wasn't enough towels for two people. The bathroom door looked like somebody had kicked it in then they just put duct tape the length of the tear which was probably 3 ft. One of the beds had stains all over the sheets.

Terrible experience from the start. Management was rude at check in, rooms are disgusting and the curb appeal is non existent. Walking from the office to the room is a safety hazard due to uneven stairs which are riddled with cracks in concrete steps. The railing along the stairs is rusted and will require a tetanus shot for survival. Cigarette burns in bedding and sweat stains on pillows. Don't stay here unless you have a perfect immune system and great health insurance.

My wife & I stayed here 2 nights while working a Santa charity gig in the Hill Country. The best feature of this (ADA compliant) room was the shower -- spacious, with a hand-held option and the single-handle faucet. But it goes downhill from there -- the wide-enough doorway for the bathroom was wider than the space between bed and desk, making me wonder if someone in a wheelchair could actually make it there. A/C made noise constantly, the TV offerings were analog, the floor was dirty and the pool was thick with washed-off sunscreen. Wifi signal was too poor for me ever to figure out if it was free or not.||||In all fairness, there's highway construction going on, so cleanliness is probably a losing battle, but it felt like someone surrendered too soon.

Whenever I check into a hotel for an extended time, I always leave something of small value out to test the integrity of the individuals that have access to my room. I’ve been here for four days now and today I was stolen from. When I informed the front desk, he dismissed my claim and told me there wasn’t anything he can do. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different option for your over night or extend stay needs.

This is the worst hotel i have ever been all my life.the front desk was sooo rude,the roooom were sooo incomplete with no fridge nothing....alot of bed bugs roaches .......I would wish even the state to give them an inspection 🤮🤮🤮🤮its not safe if someone has kids.
