American Inn & Suites

room was underwhelming. no microwave. what looked like minor blood stains in the bathroom. door latch broken. saw a roach. honestly i would've been annoyed but fine with all that, but the wifi was absolutely unusable. and the keycard deactivated early and I had to go back to the front office to get it reactivated. these two issues are the primary sinks in my rating. staff at desk was fine the area reminded me of the tenderloin in sf you can hear EVERYTHING the walls are made of actual paper I'm pretty sure. ran the fan at full blast all night and it kind of helped but you could still hear all kinds of stupidity in the parking lot. oh and if you arrive after like 8pm good luck finding any food open within a few miles :/

This was awful, the area around this hotel was not safe at all. Homeless people that appear drug induced. Lying all over the streets.The room did not have a microwave or a working ICE machine. Also they didn't have a phone in the room a coffee marker. Problem with tv and they had to fix. Dont WASTE your money, POOR SERVICE. Didn't have the basics. And only 1 person could speak English who could understand, poor service, sadly.

Terrible location, but this place nice. Excellent price, clean rooms, and very nice lady that checked me in. Location isn't dangerous, just a lot of users up and down the street. If "rougher" areas don't bother you, this place is perfect.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, and it's close to the airport.

I don’t feel safe here. Rough neighborhood. Not sure if I’m going to stay the night or go somewhere else
