The BEST HOTEL IN RIDGECREST CA. Won't even go to any other hotel in town. The price is perfect and affordable. And the service you get is amazing. The Owner/manager of the hotel Shams is very Nice, keeps a very polite and very professional attitude with showing extreme kindness and respect towards his guest. He goes above and beyond for them and makes your stay here at the hotel perfect. His housekeepers do an amazing job with the rooms and keeping them clean and always checking to see if you need any tools or personal things they offer in the rooms. All rooms are newly updated. Everything is bran new. You get free breakfast in the lobby and he offers free water bottles and coffee in lobby all day if thirsty. The hotels location is perfect. The office staff is absolutely amazing and very hospitable. Best motel for the price I have encountered. Highly recommend for a break from camping or as a stopover for the night .

We rented a 2 double bed room. It is spacious with clean linens. One of the bed was quite squeaky. Toilet needs replacement for sure, towels are cheap, toiletries are basic. Wi-Fi was hard to connect to, we ended up using Wi-Fi from next door hotel. We came to breakfast and saw just boiled eggs, cereals, oatmeal, and pastries and was ready to leave, but then the owner rushed out with hot toasts, sunny side up eggs, and even some delicious omelet, it was a delight. Friendly service from the owner alone should give this place our 4 stars review. Overall, the stay was decent, but the place needs some upkeep since it is competing against a brand new hotel next door at the same price point.

The place is very clean and well maintained. It felt safe and very comfortable. But the owner is the best part, he was kind and generous. Obviously taking pride in his business and his customer service, he was wonderful. The breakfast was hands down the best we’ve had, he served us a warm yummy food and made sure we had everything we needed. My children said his smile and the sparkle in his eyes made it magical to interact with him. It was the best hospitality my husband and I have encountered and we have both worked in the industry and visited many places.
