Alpena Resorts

Was welcomed in by Wendy and the owner whom i believe was Nancy, extremely nice ladies. Very hospitable. Came in for business purposes for an overnight stay, they were extremely fun and kind. Room is small but only needed a place to rest so cant complain. Very clean and has cable. Definitely recommend if youre not looking for fancy fancy. This is a good place to rest. Can't comment on pricing as company paid so unsure.

It was quiet, clean, and cozy. We had a great time staying here last minute on a Michigan road trip. Highly recommended! Me and my wife were taking a road trip to see all the light houses in Michigan and we're not sure where we would end up staying the night, as we were driving without concrete plans. We found Alpena Resorts open when essentially everything else was closed, and we're pleasantly surprised! It apparently used to be a Best Western, and so it has many amenities including a pool and hot tub. We simply stayed the night in the room, which was very clean and quiet. Just look how they keep the bathroom; flawless. Overall, Alpena Resorts was worth the value and delivered on our expectations.

Great, clean rooms. Beautiful fountain on the way into the resort. Great pool and hot tub. The owner is an awesome women! She helped my daughter and her boyfriend to get to the airport.

My robotics team stayed here for a couple days during a competition and received some of the absolute best hospitality I have ever experienced. Nancy and her crew were incredibly helpful in easing any of our worries so we could stay focused on our competition. The rooms were very clean and organized. 10/10 would definitely book again!

I was a part of a robotics team that stayed here. Alpena Resorts is by far one of the most hospitable places that I have ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly. The owner Nacy was extremely nice by offering us help for our competition. The amenities (a pool, hot tub, small exercises space, washer and dryer) were well kept and clean. I would definitely book here again.
