Aloft Orlando Lake Nona

Location of the hotel was great. Rooms were clean. Front desk service was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Then when we got back to our room the tv didn’t work. Not the end of the world, we just watched our phones until time to crash. Then middle of the night the ac stopped working, thermostat was completely dead. Would’ve been five stars if we didn’t have these issues.

5-10 mins from the airport. Fun place and good food close by. Rooms are nice and designed so everyone has a large window and view of either the lake or the golf course. The golf view included daily sightings of cows. Rooms were clean. Major issue though is noise from the hallway. The doors slam shut and it is all you hear day and night. Loud slamming doors. No noise from the neighboring walls, but this really should be addressed. Staff was always helpful and happy. Coffee in the lobby was complimentary in the mornings. Espresso and latte machine with tons of snacks for purchase. I personally loved the chocolate croissants. Huge lobby with several areas for meetings and events. I was there during a large event. We hosted our Business Leadership Summit at Aloft Lake Nona and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I especially want to recognize Jair, who was truly exceptional. He supported our planning process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. I always felt confident and at ease knowing he was involved — he anticipated needs, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.||The rest of the Aloft team was equally wonderful. The staff assisting with catering and room setup were friendly and efficient, and the front desk went out of their way to help us with last-minute needs. This venue has been the perfect home for our quarterly alignment meetings. The food is excellent, the ballroom is stunning, and the AV + Wi-Fi setup supports our team flawlessly. Everything is thoughtfully designed for groups that need both comfort and functionality. A top-tier experience from start to finish.

Everything about this Aloft location was great! I really don't have any complaints as my fiance and I stayed there this past weekend. The room was clean, the staff gave great service, and the place was immaculate. I would like to see more options for the breakfast buffet, but that's it. Thank you Aloft!
