All Seasons Lodge

Flew in from out of state. So used a Uber to get to the hotel. Was greeted by 2 ladies seemed nice enough asked for ID I gladly handed it over. And that was the end of the niceness. They asked where my car was at. I told them I flew in and used a Uber. She quickly handed myID back said they cant rent to me and asked me and my daughter to leave. Its currently 36 degrees and dropping outside with snow and ice everywhere. Hazardous to even walk with all the ice. Tried many things even asked if I could use my sister's vehicle information who's in the area. I was still told no. So now all the hotels in the area booked because of a cheer competition tomorrow. The reason we are here anyways. And no hotel because I didnt have a car.

My friend and I stayed here one night and all was good. Easy and early check in which was nice! Gal at the front desk was very nice and full of info. Room was fine. Had all we needed, except a coffee maker. Easy 10 minute walk to the historic downtown area and the baths etc. Lots of restaurants. Only thing we didn't like was if we wanted coffee you couldn't get it till 10am when the office opened!! Never heard of anything like that in my life. Most people are usually long gone before 10 am. Gas stations across the street worked for our coffee though. I would stay again.

Rebel has amazing people skills!! She has kindness and compassion and listens. All this and she is always working hard. They have someone who does cut the grass but Ive seen her going above and beyond making sure the weeds are plucked. Not every employee does things like that. She gives her best every time she works. So if you go by there make sure to ask if she's there and let her know she's appreciated

This place seems to need much work. It's obviously unsanitary from the rooms, parking lot being unsafe, to unwanted homelessness making the environment unsafe for guest the quality of the establishment I would rather as a category #2 hospitality #2.

I can’t recall if I blindly picked out this hotel by not knowing what I was getting until I paid or did I just not do an iota of research. Anyhow, starting off, my Waze navigation said, “I’ve arrived” without clear indication of which side of the street this motel was on. Well, after doing an image search, I realized it was on the opposite side that I was looking at and it was tied in with a T-Rex lounge. The hotel clerk was pleasant and check in was easy. However, my room that was located across the parking lot from the office was difficult to get into with the key. So the clerk walked over and helped me. A resident of the lodge helped me later that evening too. Anyhow, the room itself isn’t bad. It’s just a motel quality. I am just kicking myself because the motel name was misleading to
