Marriott has done it again! This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the friendly staff go above and beyond. The room was roomy but please note if u're tall, u have to close the bathroom door to be able to move around comfortably. Also, your bottles of water are in the fridge;) I stopped at the bar and had a mocktail, our group ordered martinis (they seemed to really like them Lol!) the wings were hot and delicious! The quesadilla was very average. Staff members I'd like to recognize: a young man in the restaurant, Dylan and Charlie the bartender, both provided WONDERFUL service. Recommendation: please let customers know where the gym is located, the M lounge etc especially for Titanium members upon arrival. It's evident the mgr. Trujillo runs a great crew!

Pros + Renovated rooms are pretty nice + Free bottled water Cons - One of the elevators was out. Not that big of a problem. - Parking costs $10/day. I have a problem with this when there are SO many parking spots, no gated access, and I have to walk back to my car to place the stupid parking permit. - The door to a housekeeping room was open, and inside there was an open electrical breaker panel. This didn’t see safe, so I called the front desk. After being put on hold and waiting a couple of minutes, the desk staff said she’d have someone take care of it. The next day, the door and panel were still open. - As others have mentioned, noise from the lobby when I’m trying to go to sleep - Music in the lobby started at about 6 a.m. I could hear just enough vocals for it to be annoying. - Ch

I travel a lot! This hotel is being updated and rooms are great! I only gave a 3 star because the room was so hot. 🥵 it was awful. Ac wasn’t working it was miserable. Not sure we would stay at this location again. Service was great. Common areas have been updated and beautiful. Room was clean and had everything we needed but the room was so hot. Water shut off at 10 in the morning with a checkout at noon we were disappointed we didint get to enjoy the hotel and have running water

In my 2 days stay, they changed my room 3 times. Their heaters didn’t work and there is no turn off on the noisy fan. My stay was during the snow storm and temperatures were 22 degree F outside. The first room’s temp never increased higher than 65. So the following morning I told them I froze in the room so they moved me to 7th floor. I left for my business in the morning leaving heater on at 74 degrees upon return in the evening the room was freezing cold and temp was 62 degrees. They send an engineer and he said there is no hot water behind the fan. So they went for search of a room that its heater worked. After an hour staying in the freezing room finally they moved me to 10th floor. The guy left heater at 80 degrees and the room was at 68 degrees. The temp never increased, but I passed

Positive: Room with completely separate sitting area, nice exercise room. Staff very willing to help navigate the construction chaos. Negative: Heavy construction for remodeling, so noise, dust, machinery vibration, some debris. Surprised the hotel was open with this much construction. Room door broken privacy lock, carpet ridges. Had to ask wifi info, 2nd tv didn't work, most ice machines not
