Albion River Campground

We took my Grandson and his friends ther to catch crab. They are newbies and had fun on the board walk dock. The place has camp sites and they rent canoes and other water vessels.

This is a love it or hate it kind of place. If you're a fisherman or want to camp with a large group of friends you might like. It's an urban camping experience. It's more like apartment living compared to single family homes. Campers are packed in wall to wall. The sites are dusty. The fire pits, power and picnic tables are pulled together in blocks of four.At night you can hear your neighbors whispering or walking through their fifth wheel. ||When we arrived there was litter in our fire pit and scattered dog poop and a lot of micro litter.||Positive points: Staff was friendly and the old bridge is cool.

If you like peace and quiet, ocean air, and incredible scenery, THIS IS IT! The park is spacious and gorgeous. We stayed for 3 weeks. Loved every minute. It has a playground for the kiddos, fishing, boat docks, a freaking black sand/pebble beach! Even found some glass pebbles mixed in! It's private and secure, absolutely safe. The beach is private as well, so no overcrowding here! They also provide fast wifi. If there is a ton of people, it might have to load a bit but otherwise, it's as fast as 5g. I loved this rv park and would highly 11/10 recommend! Will be back!

Perfect camping spot. Hostess was the best, we originally had a tent site that was right in the middle of a bunch of RVs with little kids and people partying and she moved us over to a nice quiet spot. Awesome sunset views from the little secluded beach. Clean bathrooms. Great time! Thanks hostess whos name I forgot (sorry) you were awesome!

This campground has been a destination for fishermen/fisherwomen for my entire life up until recent years. The new owners didn't allow for you to reserve spots for months at a time or with large groups once they took over and my family group of roughly 30 of us (only four sites rented for multiple months) were forced to vacation elsewhere. A couple months back the owners decided that they actually do want our business and that we could return. But after all the bs with them trying to change Albion (for the worse I might add) we have a sour taste in our mouths. We were great campers for them, always kept our sites clean, dogs on leashes, mingled with other campers, didn't party loudly late into the night. We used to come back every year and unfortunately havnt been back in over 3 years..
