Been living here for almost a year and have nothing negative to say. Honest loyal neighbors and the landlord does a great job of keeping out the riff raff. 100.

many campers have been there long time, very friendly. very clean park, well landscaped, with trees, plants, well maintained. level lots with all hook ups. our dog enjoy the pet trails. location was ideal, close to interstate in town. our weekly rate was $110, that was the best deal we found. hope to stay again, on our way back.

Mother-in-law has lived here for about 2 yrs. and loves it. We visit quite often and it's always nice and peaceful. There's none of the usual loud music next door or driving by. Everybody keeps to themselves and as far as I can tell minds their own dang business. I've met the landlord and he seems to be a fairly decent guy. I gave it 4 stars and should have given it 5 stars. To be honest the only reason I didn't is there isn't anything available for me to move in lol.

Had quite a rough time getting in but the owner, Mr. Bobby, made sure to take care of my disabled mother and provided her with the perfect spot for her with no hesitation. Very professional and honest, would recommend to anyone needing a small trailer at a good rate

April 2023 does...not...answer...the. .phone. Or return calls. I called twice, 5 days in a row at different times. Let a message once a day. At 1 point the mailbox was full. The next day it wasn't. I drove there, I'm 31 ft long & tow my jeep. The outside didn't look inviting & it said no turn around so it sounded small 2 me. I drove on by. Should return calls. Takes 5 min. Bad reviews last 4ever.
