Management seems to be ok for the most part and the grounds keeper does a decent job on keeping things looking clean outside of the apartments. Totally could use more communication skills in regards to move in requirements and etc. A apartment I viewed has vaulted ceiling and a sky light so that’s 😎 cool. Decent area it seems to live in with many good people and businesses

It might be cheap but uhh... Actually that's just about the best you can say about it. Desperately in need of an updating and repairs for all units, some just need juristically updated, the others honestly should be demoed to the foundation and rebuilt

It's not a very clean place a lot of the stuff is ran down there's a lot of mold in their properties that they want to rent I rented from there but I wound up with a secondary bacterial infection from being in one of their units so if you're looking towards renting one of those I wouldn't

For this side of town, this place is quiet, clean, and friendly. The manager is quick at responding to tenants to assist with any issues or concerns. Great price, especially if you're on a tight budget. Rentals to accommodate most/all needs for the tenant and their family, i.e; space/size, weekly/biweekly/or monthly payment options to fit the tenants needs/budget. Laundry room on site, and its cheaper than the laundrymat. I haven't had any issues whatsoever. Overall it's a very decent place, and I definitely recommend checking it out to see if it accommodates you're needs.

On site manager (Nicole) was extreamly helpful, and friendly, My spooky tooth broke down , And She was nice enough to give me a ride to work and back . It's a quite place and the rooms and trailers are clean, and affordable.
