AC Hotel Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol

We had a great stay at the AC. It’s in a great location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar was handy and staff was very nice. After we checked out, we called the hotel because our 9 year old left a stuffed animal keychain and the hotel staff actually went to the room and found it in between the pull out couch and mailed it to us. Such a nice thing to do!

I personally like the aesthetic of the decor that is in the lobby and their lounge area they have on the 3rd floor. The food I enjoyed which was the margarita flatbread and the warm cinnamon sticks with ice cream. The room was clean with obvious blemishes here and there. Bed was comfy. I will say I had to follow up with staff several times versus them following up with me. In the end, my issue was resolved. I also asked for an additional duvet and got completely new sheets instead which sucked, but made due. I was also not a fan of the parking situation. Charging $50 per day for a pet is also a bit ridiculous. There should be one set feet. If there is a notable mess in the room then you should require a cleaning fee instead. Otherwise, the hotel was fine in my opinion.

My colleague and I were staying at the AC Marriott in Tallahassee on Friday night. The staff and the amenities were incredible. Our valet Ed was also very helpful with unloading our bags and helping us with directions. It was overall a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

This is/ was my very first time staying at the AC Hotel in Tallahassee — and my first time in Tallahassee, period — and WOW, what an experience! From the moment I pulled up, the service was outstanding. The valet was friendly and welcoming, but the real stars were Reggie and Brittney at the front desk. Their smiles lit up the entire lobby! They immediately knew I was here for the FAMU graduation (they’re good! 😂) and made me feel like part of the celebration. Their energy, kindness, and professionalism truly set the tone for my whole stay. They even got me into my room early, and when I opened that door? Let me tell you! A private balcony, a beautiful glass-door refrigerator, spotless décor — I felt like I had just walked into a brand-new hotel. And honestly, the place still looks new even

Stayed here for a conference. My room was listed as a “premium view” reservation but my 5th floor room faced west looking at a building across the street. I wouldn’t call that premium but I don’t think there was a whole lot to see if I was across the hallway, either. Maybe I’m not familiar enough with the AC Hotel brand but I was surprised by the minimalistic nature of the room. No closet and only two drawers. It was fine since I was a single occupancy but I wouldn’t bring my family here. My only other complaint was the pillows. Way too soft for my liking but I understand a hotel isn’t ever going to please 100% of their guest preferrences. I do want to highlight the staff on being very pleasant and professional. I didn’t meet a single staff member that wasn’t smiling and friendly. I appr
