AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista

My wife and I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista after taking a red-eye flight that got us to Orlando around 7 AM with barely any rest. I reached out to the hotel in advance to see if an early check-in might be possible, and Andrea was incredibly kind and immediately helped arrange a room for us, which we truly appreciated since we really needed to rest. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Andrea, who even remembered my booking and pronounced my last name correctly - something that may seem small but made the experience feel much more personal and welcoming. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hot water was especially appreciated by my wife. The location was extremely convenient for us, right across from Disney Springs and near the Walt Disn

The room was very dirty, even though they said it had been cleaned. As shown in the pictures, the floor was dusty and covered with sand, even though we didn’t go to the beach. The service was just okay. Unfortunately, the receptionist was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. The room also lacked basic bathroom amenities such as a shower cap, cotton pads, and ear cleaners, which was disappointing.The only positive aspect was the location — it’s very close to Disney, which is convenient.

Positive: The housekeeping staff were so professional and efficient. This was the longest we have stayed in a hotel and they made us feel right at home. Negative: Our ice maker on our floor did not work at all. And I didn't like having a shared microwave on each floor. Since there was a refrigerator in the room, why not add the microwave too?

This was my second time staying at the hotel during the weekend for a concert at the House of Blues. The shower was perfectly hot, the rooms were clean, the service was excellent. I purchased items from the hotel’s convenience counter both times (sodas, tylenol, etc.) and they very reasonably priced. The hotel is perfectly located near Disney Springs about 8-9 minutes away with a car. I think the best part however is, the Waffle House is right across from them. only 1 minute walk and after a late night at a concert or a day at Disney Springs its the perfect spot to go. They also have a restaurant inside the hotel but I haven’t personally dined there. Highly recommend staying here!!

I was actually excited about staying at this hotel. I was in town for a conference and the location was perfect for me. First, as usual, the good! Hotel is located in Lake Buena Vista and it is a good location. Close to restaurants, I Drive, Attractions, Outlets, etc. The hotel has done a nice job with their pool and with their fitness center. The rest is the "Not So Good". Upon Check In, the staff was really rude. Not the "We are so upscale rude but the we don't care type of rude". Did they recognize me as a rewards member, nope. Did they ask about providing an upgrade, nope. What they did ask was I driving a car because even though they have an attached parking lot, they still charge $18 per day for parking. Absolutely just a money grab as they do not even have a valet, just self park. W
