AC Hotel Orlando Downtown

Stayed here with a large group for a birthday celebration—great choice overall. The hotel is modern and clean, and the rooftop Sky Bar is a highlight with awesome views and a fun vibe for group drinks. Check-in was a bit odd: elevator to the 18th floor and walking through the bar with luggage to reach the desk. Felt awkward, but manageable. Room was nice but the AC was an issue—room felt warm, thermostat set to cool but no airflow at first. Maintenance fixed the damper quickly, improving air, but temp still stayed ~72°F and felt warmer. Hotel was fully booked, so no room change possible. Despite the temperature frustration, we had a blast, loved the location and Sky Bar, and would return. Solid stay with one notable hiccup—4 stars.

To start, the only reason I scored this hotel a 4 is because they only brought us 1 washcloth each night. They knew it was 2 guest, but only a single wash cloth. The 2nd night we came straight in to take showers and realized too late that there was only 1 wash cloth, ugh. ||Other than that the hotel was awesome. Great staff, clean, sleek and modern. We ate dinner and had drinks at the terrace bar/restaurant. Drinks were pricy, but you expect that in a major downtown hotel. The terrace has a great, direct view of Kia Stadium.||The hotel is very convenient to I4 so getting around is a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed one night at the AC Hotel and had a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and the staff provided excellent service in a timely and professional manner. The only small issue we had was with the television having trouble connecting to streaming services, but maintenance was sent up quickly to try and fix it, which we really appreciated. We chose this hotel to celebrate my spouse’s birthday since we had a big dinner planned the next day. The complimentary champagne the hotel provided made the occasion feel extra special and truly memorable. The location is perfect—central to almost everything, with plenty of great food options nearby. The rooftop bar is beautiful, and the cocktails were amazing. Positive: Location to Kia Center Negative: Sky Lounge was not managed well. Couldn't get in after our concert. Ice machines were non-working on most floors. Valet was full by the time we arrived at 3 pm. They don't seem prepared for events at Kia Center. Room is odd and coffee not stocked

My recent stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations, especially given the cost. I paid $750 for three nights, plus a $150 per night deposit ($450 total), and $30 per night for valet. That brought my total to $1,290. I was also informed that it would take up to 7 days for the $150 per night deposit to be returned to my card. For a hotel charging these rates, the overall experience did not justify the price. First, the room itself was not properly cleaned. The floors were visibly not well maintained. There was no microwave, no snacks available, and the only complimentary item provided was a single miniature bottle of water. Basic conveniences that are standard at many hotels were missing. The hand shower in the bathroom was also defective — it sprayed water out of the si
