AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach

Love this hotel! Service is great all around. Pool is nice and rooms are very clean and modern. Collin at the pool bar was very personable and gave us amazing service. Only thing is this hotel has two elevators and can get very slow and crowded at busy times. Lastly I feel this hotel is more situated for adults and would not recommend for families with young kids. Otherwise it would be a 5 star. Cheers

Pretty bad value for money. Great hotel if you want to spend your time waiting for the elevator, which is shared between customers and staff. Service was extremely slow, ordering drinks and food at the pool bar took forever. Right next door you can find The Drift hotel, which is much cheaper and includes free parking. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Breakfast was pretty meh for $30 per guest. Restaurant Casablanca next door has great brunch tho.

The hotel's location is ideal, especially for families. Close enough to walk to the beach and to the strip with lots of restaurants and shops, but set back just a bit so you don't have the overwhelming street noise. We frequented lots of the local businesses and almost everything you need is within walking distance. Mostly every member of the team we encountered from check in to dining to housekeeping was polite, courteous and accommodating. The pool and outdoor bar are a great hang out spot and in the evenings, the lounge and bar were perfect for low key dinner and drinks. The valet was timely and the available bikes, beach bags and beach chairs were nice touches. The elevators lag significantly and are often packed with other travelers and hotel staff, often with housekeeping carts. This

We had a wonderful stay at the AC Marriott Fort Lauderdale. The breakfast was simply delicious and exactly what we needed to start our day. A special thank you to Simona, who was incredibly helpful and friendly—she truly made us feel welcome. The pool on the 4th floor was very cozy with an amazing view, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would happily stay here again!

Well, it started out nicely. The rooms are modern and still new and the person who checked us in was welcoming. The evening service from the front desk put a sour note on our stay, and this is only our first day here. I called the front desk and spoke to Alejandra, I asked if they had any robes and I was rudely and quickly hung up on after being told in a very condescending tone that robes were not available. I am so confused, it is almost laughable. No robes, that is ok. The attitude and rudeness, simply unnecessary.
