A Shore View Condominium Motel

Location Location Location This place is steps from the beach and a few blocks from the entertainment district. Each room is privately owned and the decor is different in each room. There has never been a bedbug infestation here. There are wonderful amenities such as grills, bike racks, 2nd floor sundeck and more. The pool is beautiful. The guests are asked too bring their own linens and towels by some owners while some may supply them. Be sure to ask when booking. Enjoy your stay

At the last minute my sister and I decided to get away for the weekend. We found this place on line late Thursday afternoon and traveled to N. Wildwood on Friday. From the minute we checked in we knew we made the right decision. Debbie in the office is wonderful, can't do enough for you. We were pleasantly surprised by our room (413), it was clean and had everything we needed (and then some). We changed and headed right to the pool which is very clean, with plenty of space and never overcrowded the whole weekend. Rob, the all around go to guy of the place, is friendly, helpful and works hard to keep everything running smoothly.||||The location is perfect, the beach is half a block and you can walk to anything you would want to do.||||Some of the rooms/condos are owned and the owners we

We were able to check in a couple hours early only to find a bed bug on one of the bed frames! We were treated as if we were lying and almost didn't get our money back. The only person we dealt with directly was just a regular employee and when we were able to talk to the owner on the phone, he talked to us like we were children. They "did us a favor" and refunded our money and we were fortunate enough to stay at another hotel, but I saw the next day the room we were supposed to stay in was rented out. I would never rent a room from this place!

Our reservation was lost yet we had confirmation from and a bill from Hotel.com. We were lucky that they had a room but it seemed to be a error or lack of computer skills with this hotel. The beach is 1/2 block away but 12 blocks to boardwalk. Had a small kitchen that had all essentials, the bath was tiny , and the rooms were clean. The mattresses were wore out even with 2 layers of memory added. You could see light around the entry door so ALL the sounds came with it !

I was concerned with the wide range in the ratings for this location, To find out the units are all independently owned. We rented unit #422 and it was great. Recently updated, clean, with everything we needed. Kathy, the owners independent property manager was helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the beach being so close and sitting out on the balcony watching the fireworks.Thanks for a great stay!
