Positive: The putting green ! Negative: Walls need to be thicker, or move the TV off the joint wall. Husband is hard of hearing, we got turned in for having the tv to loud. it wasn't even 9 p.m. yet.

Definitely a Great place to stay if you’re passing by the Tucson area. Check in was very easy , the accommodations were great. The room, even better! Really liked the remodeled rooms and the layout of the room I received. The best part of this hotel is the things they have available for you to enjoy. The gym was modern, chic and had good stuff to work with compared to others of the same price point, the pool was large enough for many people to enjoy and where you don’t feel like it’s a motel. But the best part has to be the jacuzzi and the upkeep of the property. The only downside was we got in late our first night and there was absolutely no parking that we had to squeeze into a no parking area with white lines, but there was no problem as they called us in the morning and asked if we cou

We were on a long road trip visiting friends and family in the Southwest.|Found 3Palms on Tripadvisor and decided to book. Only disappointment is that we could only stay one night due to our schedule!|All the staff were great. Enjoyed the pool and wished I had brought a putter to enjoy the putting green too. I should have asked if they lend them.|Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Great TV with lots of viewing options and some premium channels you won't get at much more expensive locations.|We would love to come back for a week or even longer, relax and do local day trips, but the daily pet fee is just too prohibitive for that unfortunately.

This hotel was extremely clean. I was a little skeptical at first but the gym, pool, and rooms were very new and in amazing condition. The staff were also very friendly and kind. I felt like if there was any issue, it would’ve been handled very quickly. My room was very clean and I loved the shower. It was perfect for my two nights and easy check-in and check-out.

Room available last minute, very friendly reception; Plenty of parking. Nice rooms, the double bed ones have 2 rooms, one for the beds (plus a big TV), another one for large couch with another big TV, microwave, shower (beautiful!), mini fridge, clothes hangers, etc. Well stocked bathroom with plenty of towels, shampoo, soaps, dryer, etc. AC can be adjusted with wall thermostat , no restrictions. However, bedroom area gets the majority of the AC blast, the other room stays warmer. Clean rooms, clean facility. Quiet sleep despite being so close to the main road. Certainly not a luxury hotel, but good, especially for the price point. Convenient location in North Tucson, close to lots of stores, food places,shops, a park, and other activities.
