1863 Inn Of Gettysburg

My daughter & my dog & I took a post Christmas weekend trip to Gettysburg.|The 1863 is a wonderful place to stay.. the location is great, parking is easy, the room was modern & clean, and loved being able to look over the town on 4th floor . The complimentary|breakfast was delicious.. will definitely return next year!

Rooms were clean spacious, well equipped. The breakfast was more than expected, delicious food well stocked, clean and a great atmosphere. Staff were extremely friendly, and polite. All and all a homey atmosphere. Definitely we will be returning soon thank you 😊

Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Very affordable, and had a good selection for the complementary breakfast. We were on the 4th floor, so had a good view from our room as well.

Positive: The staff was very pleasant and the provided breakfast was very good. Negative: We were disappointed that the room did not have a microwave despite one being pictured. The TV was old and the remote did not work properly.

I have been staying at the 1863 Inn for over 10 years, first with my family and now on my own for the past several years. Each visit has been fantastic. The staff is always very friendly and responsive to any requests, and the loyalty program is truly top notch. The breakfast in the morning is excellent and a huge benefit to staying in Gettysburg, since it can be extremely hard to find a table anywhere else in town at 9 a.m. The hotel has all the charm of a privately owned property, and it has been a genuine joy to patronize. I fully expect to keep coming back for at least another 10 years.
